Cancellation Policy

Please ensure you notify Cindy of any medical conditions before starting a class. Cancellations can impact both the schedule and availability for other clients, so please keep the following in mind: - 24-Hour Notice: To avoid being charged, please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a class. Please note that a class can only be transferred once. - Late Cancellations: Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the full class rate, and unfortunately, cannot be transferred. - Unexpected circumstances may arise.
