Following the government’s announcement on COVID restrictions being lifted, I am happy to announce classes will resume in the studio from 19th July.

I started practising yoga 24 years ago and have been teaching since 2002 in my yoga studio in Angmering village.

I bring my years of Sivananda and Scaravelli practice to my teaching; working with the vital core, the breath, spine and the rest of the body, growing strength into lightness.

I specialise in teaching small groups giving help and adjustments where necessary.
